Weekending

I am afraid that I had a horrible weekend from a blogging perspective. I took very few pictures and I did not do much that was even remotely productive.  From a human being perspective it was a pretty good one.

Friday night I just hung in the hood at a friends house and drank some wine with her and her dog. Well the dog just pretty much sat there on my lap and looked cute... we drank the wine. Too much wine maybe because my Saturday morning tennis match came way too early... ugh... 9:00 a.m. summer tennis is not nearly as good as the 1:00 winter tennis start time. Especially when you over serve yourself on a Friday night. But it was all good, new season, new super cute mixed doubles partner. Unfortunately we lost but we had fun doing it. So much fun that we all went brunch drinking afterward and which turned into afternoon beers and 6 hours later I made it home tired but relaxed and with sore cheeks from hours of laughing so hard. The best thing ever. Shower and bed finished off a perfect Saturday.

Sunday was even less eventful. Iced coffee, the dog park early and a few errands. The rain rolled in and lot's of Netflix binge watching ensued. Finally made it to season two of  The L Word... still loving it. Kids came back Sunday night and off we go heading into our second official week of summer... boom. Rain in the forecast for the whole week... boo, so far it's been a soggy summer!
