Since I am all about it right now here is another interesting read on diet and exercise as it relates to overall good health. It pretty much debunks a lot of conventional wisdom about what kind of exercise we should be doing and foods we should be eating. It is in line with the Paleo school of thought. A good easy read if you like this sort of thing and are interested in improving your health and losing weight. This guy is 60 and in the best shape of his life with the blood panels to prove it.
