Happy Friday folks! Looking forward to the last weekend of spring break and my mini-staycation with no kids. The teen returned yesterday but the littles decided to stay with Dad which is ok by me. I like for them to get as much time with him as they would like to have. And I get a break too so winners all around. let's get to the favorites business with my pal Mrs. Amanda...

FOOD

Those mother effers at Costco were giving out samples of this amazing Lobster Ravioli this week and now it is all I can think about! I did not buy it but I ran away in shame after I shoved a whole one in my mouth. Sooo worth it.

DRINK

In March Starbucks's Frappuccinos celebrated their 20th birthday with the Birthday Cake edition for 5 days only. Did you get one? They were amazing!!! I don't do Starbucks typically but my daughter treated me and it was divine! Guess who found the copycat? This girl. Check out the full recipe here. And it's so pretty. Treat yoself.

CLOTHING

The pic on the left is pretty much my standard outfit all the time in some seasonally appropriate variation. I know... boring. But chic and easy so DGAF. I would love to find this top and pair it with a pretty lacy bralette or something. Sans bra is never an option for me because boobs.

SHOES

Been searching for a perfect pair of slip-ons. I think I have settled on Van's in Bronze Metallic. Super cute and fun. Does anyone have Van's? Would love to know if you think they are comfy!

TATTOO

More thoughts on a future thigh piece. I just love this. So simple. So clean. Just black line work which is my jam.

SONG

Ok, love the song. The video freaks me out. Not a fan of ape people. At. All. Why??

TV MOMENT

The return of Mad Men for the final season. I am in a love/hate relationship with this one.

I have Vans and think they are slightly more comfortable than Converse. Just make sure you get the right size, and err towards too big, rather than too small. One time I saw a pair that I LOVED the pattern, but they didn't have my size. I took the 1/2 size smaller. Big mistake = big blisters.

I'm such a sucker for any sort of samples that they are handing out in the food store and I usually give in to buying it, so kudos for restraining! Those funnies are amazing - I'm cracking up at that selfie! Hope you have a great weekend!
